PERGE
Perge /PEHR-geh/ · Latin · Keep going
Move for
a cause.
Perge turns your walks, runs, rides and wheelchair pushes into a journey between real cities. Every mile moves you along the road, unlocks postcards from the places you reach, and can add up to a gift for a cause you care about.
Coming soon to iPhone and Apple Watch.

How it works
Go somewhere.
From anywhere.
The road is virtual. The miles are real. Move wherever you are, and Perge carries you along a real route between two cities.
Pick a journey
Choose where you start and where you’re headed, and the cause it’s for. Add stops through towns you’d like to visit.
Move your way
Walk, run, ride or push your wheelchair, outdoors with GPS or indoors with your step count. Apple Watch workouts count too.
Watch the road unfold
See where you’d be on the map, reach checkpoints, and collect postcards with photos and facts about each place.
Giving, if you choose
Your miles,
a little more good.
Pledge an amount per mile to a charity you pick, with a limit if you like. Invite friends and family to sponsor you too. When you’re ready, you give directly to the charity.
- Donations go straight to the charity through Every.org, a nonprofit giving platform, with a tax receipt by email.
- Perge never handles your money and never takes a cut.
- Giving is always optional. Movement is reason enough.

- Apple Watch app to track walks and runs from your wrist, with heart rate.
- Steps from your iPhone’s motion chip, even on a treadmill or indoors.
- Apple Health brings in workouts you record in other apps.

Good to know
Questions.
Do I actually travel to my destination?
No. Your journey is on a virtual route along real roads. You move wherever you are, and Perge works out where those miles would have taken you.
Which activities count?
Walking, running, cycling and wheelchair pushes, outdoors with GPS or indoors using your step count. Workouts from Apple Health count too.
Does it work with Apple Watch?
Yes. The Perge watch app records sessions with heart rate, and Apple Health brings in workouts from other apps.
Do I have to fundraise?
No. Pledges and sponsors are optional. If you do give, you give directly to the charity through Every.org. Perge never receives the money.
Do I need an account?
No. Perge works without one and keeps your data on your iPhone. Sign in with Apple, Google or email only if you want a cloud backup or to see other travelers. See the privacy policy.
